Workspace Permissions

The ability to have permissions be set on a per-sheet basis within a workspace.

This is currently possible! 🙂

You can provide entire Workspace permissions and you can still add sheet-specific permissions in a Workspace. Here's more information: Share a workspace

In the Sharing window you can see who only has access to this one sheet by the blue icon next to their name:

When you go to share that item, you'll have an option to share either the entire Workspace or just that one sheet:

If this isn't what you were requesting, can you provide screen captures or a detailed explanation?

Hey, thanks for the response! I have perused that article yesterday and I keep getting this following message so it was seeming like it wasn't possible. Maybe I am doing it wrong haha.

Happy to help! You're getting that message because the person you're sharing the Workspace to has already been shared to that Workspace.

Can you clarify what it is you're looking to do? Are they a Viewer in the Workspace and you're looking to give them Editor permissions on a specific sheet?
