Improve Accessible Navigation in Resource Management

In the last week or so I discovered a bug in the Project Description text box that only allows the user to move the text cursor with the left and right arrow keys on the keyboard. Smartsheet support have informed me this is by design (I am quite surprised to hear this), as I understand most text boxes on websites allow for the text cursor to be moved with all four arrows on the keyboard, where there are multiple lines of text.
Looking into this further, I enabled caret browsing, a method of navigating websites using the keyboard for users with accessibility needs. I found this to also be quite challenging as, again, only the left and right keys on the keyboard enable the user to navigate the pages.
This idea is to improve the user experience of Resource Management for users with accessibility needs.
