I have access to multiple folders within my workspace, like everyone does. I would like the ability to highlight folders. And my highlighting would be exclusive to my account. Others that have access to the same folders would not see my highlighting. The main folder names (mostly created by others), are so similar. I often have to look through multiple folders to determine what I am actively working in. Provide perhaps 8-10 different colors (pastel - medium colors) and allow a highlighting of the folder name (or sheet folder) similar to this:

I agree with this suggestion! We share some of our workspaces with our entire PMO, so we'd love to be visually directed to our own projects.
