Move Smartsheet attachments to OneDrive?
Has anyone ever had luck moving files from Smartsheet to OneDrive? I found another post that led me to believe it's possible via python, but I'm looking for something simpler. The solutions there didn't sound like they worked well or they were cumbersome to configure.
I'd like to get attachments that are submitted via a form into my OneDrive.
Thanks,
Sam

Hello,
You should be able to within Data Shuttle. You can export attachments as well as sheets to file paths. Filetypes must be xlsx, txt, or csv.
Depending on how you enter the file paths in the workflow, data shuttle can build folder "directories" as well. And data shuttle prefers cloud servers like onedrive.
Otherwise, the API is the other route.
If you're looking to export images or PDFs, you'll have to use the API since data shuttle doesn't recognize those filetypes.

As MichaelTCA has suggested, you can use Data Shuttle to offload data as an attachment to a Smartsheet sheet or an external cloud source (OneDrive/SharePoint, Google Drive, or Box).
More information on Data Shuttle and how to get it is outlined in the help article here.
Cheers,
Hamza
