Smartsheet is great for planning events but when that date is added to an Outlook calendar, it shows up as a day event and not the specific time of the event. Not only does it look like a day event but the inability to change the calendar to the appropriate time of the event is creating more work. It would be great if this could be an added feature.
I am also looking for this type of solution for Google Calendar.
When importing a sheet calendar into Outlook an event shows the user as 'Busy' all day and shades the rest of the calendar in that color.
It would be good to allow the user to select the default availability for the calendar when creating the link.
If this isn't possible, then setting the default availability for these calendars to 'Free' would avoid this.
