For large organizations, allow Admins to recover the sheets, automation workflows and data shuttle workflows created by users who have left the organization and assign them to other users who took over the respective role. Currently, the only option is to start over, which involves not only time and labor, but also requires the knowledge embedded in the sheets that has not always been properly transferred, often times the only way to recover that knowledge is to recover the sheet and its workflows. This is a high risk for mission critical projects.
I am looking into Premium apps ownership transfer when our user(s) leave our organizations and I am running into same problem. As System Admin, we need to be able to easily transfer the workflow from deactivated user to new User. I recently submit ticket requesting to help the asset transfer but SS Support basically told me that I need to recover the account and do the manual asset transfer. That will be very time consuming.
