Data shuttle is not running on time

Hello,

We have multiple data shuttles setup to run at 5:00 am UTC and to repeat every 15 minutes with an end time of 4:00 am UTC. We effectively need these shuttles to be running every 15 minutes nonstop. For whatever reason the shuttles will stop running for no apparent reason and will not restart without us manually doing it. Has anyone had a similar problem? Are there any fixes?

If your Data Shuttle workflows are stopping without any error message or information in the run log, and without you making any changes to the source data, I would suggest reaching out to Smartsheet Support with the full information (screen recordings, sheet URLs, etc).

Same Thing. Shuttles will run for a few iterations, then just stop. We have 10 shuttles and it is ALL 10 that stop. I have the source excel sheets locked down so I know there are no changes in the source, and only a small group have access to the target sheets. This is annoying, as they feed a business viewable dashboard.
