My goal for 2024 is to focus more on myself and doing the things that make me happy. For the last 3 years, my free time away from work was spent filling the demanding role as President of a Mardi Gras Krewe which has now retired. I'm looking forward to doing more activities that I personally enjoy, spending time with family and friends, maybe doing absolutely nothing on a Saturday morning and learning more about Smartsheet.🤩

I’m proud to announce that I met my initial goal of upgrading the company's Smartsheet plan from Business to Enterprise. It is a great accomplishment to start the year. Now onto the next goal of emerging more of the companies’ workflows into the Smartsheet system. With this foundation, 2024 is set up to be an amazing year.

My major goal this year is to create and maintain a full HR Analytics Dashboard to provide relevant info to our divisions that they can then use for strategic HR decisions - not just raw data, but info and how to use it. I will try to leverage Smartsheets as much as possible in this. Love to see what anyone how built out and tips and tricks ! Happy New Year everyone.
