Is it possible to email only some information from a sheet via workflow?

As an example, say I have a sheet with data columns:

Name - User ID - Phone - Address - Email

The data is entered via a form, and I need to set a workflow to email all contact information from new entries to another team for various system updates, but User ID is sensitive personal data and cannot be shared.

What is the simplest solution?

Thanks!

    Hi,

You can create a workflow triggered when New rows are added. Then for action you can choose Request an update and include emails of people (or contacts) you want it to be shared and message.

As you want to share with them only chosen fields you can mark them: Message includes - specific fields:

    Hope this helps :)

    Hi Liz W,

When setting up an Automation to Alert someone, you can include the name of the column in curly brackets.

The system picks up the data in the relevant cell of that column, so that the email recipient receives normal text.

Alternatively, (or as well) you could automate an update request, with a change to the subject line and choice of fields to be shown.

Would either of these work for you?

Hope this helps and that you have a great day,
