How do I share specific rows only?

The correct way to share a subset of data (rows, columns) in a sheet with users is by utilizing Dynamic View- a Smartsheet's annual paid add-on. Users will have access to a view that allows them to see only the rows and columns assigned to them.

To add to Gia's excellent advice/answer.

Dynamic View would be my first choice, but two more options exist.

• Premium App, WorkApps
• I recently developed a (what I call) Dynamic View Light. It's pretty advanced, but in short, it uses cross-sheet formulas, INDEX/MATCH, and a specific structure and method, so it can only show data that should be available to the viewer.

Would any of those options work/help?
