I am not able to edit a sheet on desktop even though I have admin permissions and can edit on mobile
A sheet has been shared with me and I am able to edit it from the mobile app. However, when I access it through the email link on my desktop it says I have "view only" access even though in the email it says I have admin permissions. I am logged in to the same account on both mobile and desktop. I do not need to change the formatting or layout of the sheet, just enter information in the cells.

Hi @Erik S
Do you know if the person who owns the sheet that was shared to you is on a Pro Plan or not?
On a Pro Plan, in order for collaborators to edit sheets, they will need to be licensed on the same plan as the owner. Here's more information: Dashboard widgets and sharing in the Pro plan
Business and Enterprise plans can have collaborators on other accounts.
Let me know if that helps explain what you're seeing!
Cheers,
Genevieve
