Automated Emails

Is there any way that automated flows can send to emails outside of my organization? ie. Gmail, Hotmail, etc.

I haven't found a way to make it send to those types of emails. I have changed the permissions within the automation to "Unrestricted" but that still doesn't help.

Do you know if your organization has a white/black list of email aliases? I know some places will try to restrict what types of email aliases are allowed and not allowed. If they do, it might be worth talking to the administrator to see if specific emails could be added to the whitelist.
