Dynamic View for Calendar App

Similar to the way we can create Dynamic views of sheet data, it would be nice to create different user roles for a published calendar that is populated by each user groups permission settings.

For example, I have one published calendar that shows events in multiple regions, but I would like to continue using one published calendar, while only showing America's regional leaders the events that are specific to their region.
