When I upgraded from a trial account to a paid 'Pro' account I lost access to certain functions.
Hello,
I recently upgraded my account from a trial to a Pro account and I am unable to do certain things. I am able to click 'Add column right' or 'Add column left' but not actually able to add a column. Additionally, certain functions are greyed out, such as 'delete column' and 'rename column'.
I checked and I am still listed as an Admin of the sheets I am trying to make these changes in.

If you create a new sheet in your Sheets section or a new workspace you create, do you have full control of the sheet? Is this only happening with pre-existing sheets, or all sheets?

I do have full control when I create new sheets or workspaces. This is only happening with pre-existing sheets that were previously shared with me as an admin. I checked and I still have admin access but when I upgraded to a paid pro account I lost these controls. Do I need to have a business account to access these features? @Adam Murphy
