Can I decide how many notifications per day I want to receive from automations?

Is there any sort of limit I can place on daily notifications I receive. Getting a batch twice a day would be helpful, but currently receiving far too many for it to be productive. I do see in notification settings I can select preferences on what actions can trigger a notification, but I don't see any sort of limit. TYIA!

As a recipient, you can't decide the number of notifications. If you've access to modify the workflow automation, you can set the frequency of the notification being sent.
