Managing Contacts

I had a contact that was mispelled. I correct that contact in My Contacts. However, when I add the person to an automation, the incorrect spelling appears.

I no longer have the incorrect spelling in my contacts. I went through the whole sheet and removed the mispelled contact. I re-shared the sheet with the Correct contact..however in the automation, I only have the option for the Incorrect contact.

How do I get rid of the misspelled contact??

    Just add the correct email address as typed out, rather than trying to add a contact. Or type the entire name of the correct contact and see if it shows up that way.

    I have typed out the correct name - by it does not appear as an option.

    Then you will likely need to type the entire email address for now.
