Notification help

Hi, I'm trying to use Smartsheet to send a notification per line of information from a sheet. I have used notification before but for this one I can't seem to get it to do what I need. I will have a sheet and will need to pull out 3-4 data points from columns. Some people may be on the sheet several times, but I need them to get a separate notification for each. I thought of using forms, but I don't need them to enter anything just need to send them details. Ideally need it to look like the following:

Hello,

Message

Property Name	Past Due Amount	Current Amount	Total Due

I am hoping that I understood your question correctly. When some one enters information in the 4 locations above, which is one row of information, you want an alert? If someone enters information in 1 cell, you want a notification. If they come back later, and enter more information, you want another notification?

If this is the case, you will have to create 4 separate notifications for each column, and assign the specific individual. I could not find a way to make one automation, and add in specific columns. It lets you do 1 column, or all of them.

If there is anyone else out there that knows how to do it differently, I would LOVE to know as well!

Hi, @Paul.Woodward thanks for your info. That's not exactly what I'm trying to do. I don't need them to enter any information, I want to send that information to them that will be on a sheet that I will generate. I want to create a sheet of information on my end and then send a notification per line to the contacts with a few data points that are pulled into the notification from the sheet. The people receiving the notifications will not need to enter anything.

You can set the automation to run on a specific day of the week at a specific time, and repeat once a week, once a month, etc. If you need help setting it up, feel free to message me via email and I will hop on a quick zoom to show you how.
