What USM License type can edit Smartsheet Sheet via the Teams integration?
We have moved to the new User Subscription Model (USM) and many of our users share their Sheets with internal and external users. If they are external, they are considered a Guest and no license is required. For internal users, do they have to be a Member to edit or can they be a Viewer?

hi @Courtni B,
viewers cannot edit data in sheets - as they can only view.
You would need to think of workarounds like: DataView, Request for Update etc. so something that does not require license.
Hope this helps

hi @kowal,
Did you mean DynamicView, instead of DataView?
If the users are being able to edit in Teams on a Sheet, does this mean they will show up in the Provisional License for the next True-up cycle?
Thanks,
Courtni

hi @Courtni B,
yes sorry I meant DynamicView.
To be honest I did not know that you could edit Smartsheet data in Teams. so I cant confirm that.
