FIX Required: Last Modified Date + TODAY Function = updates all rows

Hello Smartsheet community

I would like to see a fix.

When you use the "TODAY" function anywhere in your sheet, ANY changes will update the "last modified date" for all rows.

What I want: Only update the individual row that has changed.

Why? So I know when (and who) made the last change.

This was verified as a problem by one of the smartsheet experts in the community.

This continues to be a thorn in my side. I need an easy way to check a box when someone arrives and then sort by said arrival time. The fact that Smartsheet can do so many wonderful things, but cannot give you just when that row was modified in a cell is very frustrating.

I was trying to use the most recently modified cell in a formula, but when you click save in the sheet, every cell is updated as modified at that time.
