I am trying to ultimately set up my sheet to automatically send out Update Request 3 days (or whatever I set) within the "Bid Date" loaded into the sheet. It would be ideal if this update request would be emailed to the contact in "Sales Rep" column and copy (cc) me in the emailed Update Request for all of them. I was told this was possible from a conceptual standpoint when updating to Business edition account...

you seem to know what you need the system to do but need to add a trigger like if this .... then that, eg is status is "Not Right" then Send out notification.
There are layers of choices to make, so yes you can do this, it is all about the action trigger..

Not easy to do without properly understanding your Requirements first which becomes a consultancy job, my team can happily undertake that for you... it's what we do! but there is plenty of self help for you assuming you are Not seeking paid assistance.

Try mapping out your needs on paper first? Then write the rules, then run some tests for yourself, then set it up for colleagues.
