Signatures on Forms
I was wondering if there was a function that I could you use to sign forms? I have staff of about 80 who need to sign that they have received Tools of Trade like mobiles. At the moment we are doing this with paper, which gets lost - would love to be able to set up a smart sheet and have everyone saved in the same place and know that our tools of trade are accounted for.

Hi Kelly,
You could use the approval request function if it's ok that staff approve by clicking a button.
Another option would be to use the integration with DocuSign. What my clients and myself appreciate with DocuSign is that the signed document gets saved on the corresponding row in Smartsheet.
