forms and cell linking to a secondary sheet

Hello

I have created a Time sheet form that i sent out to 11 employees to gather all the daily info. 

This form fills in the Time sheet Smartsheet.  We want to keep the Time sheet Smartsheet as a master sheet and strictly for data collection so that no one messes around with it and looses anyones time.  

Ive been trying to figure out how to link the cells to another sheet so the secondary sheet is auto populated by the Time sheet smartsheet. 

The problem is you cant link to a cell in an empty row, and the from only populates to the next available empty row.

any ideas??

I really like the form as a timesheet because i only have to update drop down menus on one sheet and its much easier to make things fool proof on it.

Hi,

You would need to use a cross-sheet formula structure for it to work. Do you only want to show the same thing on the other sheet?
