Hi all,
I'm fairly new to smartsheet, and i wanted to know how do i use the "bill rate", ca I change it? How can I access it?
I think this is the solution for my issue which is i want to add the costs to my resources and I couldn't find the best practices for that. Would love to hear any tips and recommendation.

Hi Noga,
Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to set a bill rate in Smartsheet, but it's an excellent idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment
As a possible workaround, you could either set up something similar as below or take a look at another solution from Smartsheet called, 10,000ft (will be integrated with Smartsheet soon)

What you can do is create a Resource Sheet which can contain the Resource and their Rate
Then on your other sheet where you assign the task and hours you can us and Index - Match formula that will pull in their rate.
Here is the formula used in this example =INDEX({Resource for Hourly Range 1}, MATCH(Resource@row, {Resource for Hourly Range 2}, 0))
