Why are Free Users/Unlicensed Users asked to upgrade to Premium?

Free users within our organization have been having some questions when using Smartsheet.

They get confused with this since the message displayed is "You have limited access to Smartsheet. Upgrade to use premium features" and they are not sure if they have access or have can even use Smartsheet.

Is there a way to remove this message from the Free Users main page since this is causing confusion?

    Hope you are fine, did you send an invitation for Unlicensed Users from the user Management to add them to your plan, because you need to do that, also check the sharing permission for your Unlicensed Users.
