    Hi @Eric Laitenberger

Instead of putting in the direct URL to the Calendar, try using the Publish link instead.

You can find this link in the "Sharing" window that pops up when you click this icon:

@Genevieve P. thank you for this best practice tipp.

This helped me, to bring the calendar into the dashboard for my colleagues.

The calendar is based on a report which has a filter for current user. This seems not to work in the published version. Everybody sees my calendar entries.

    What I am doing wrong?

    Thank you, Joachim

  • Hi @Joachim Mund

You are doing nothing wrong! Published links will not be able to tell who the "Current User" is, because the link is published so it sees all users as the same account: the creator's account.

I would recommend using the Share link instead of the Published link in your Web Content Widget. This will ask users to log in to the Widget so it can recognize which email is viewing the calendar and present the correct events.

    Cheers,

    Genevieve
