Filter on card view when using forms

I'm setting up a form for people to submit requests to my team - it's a large form with a lot of logic input into it and there are 20 different categories that people can choose from when submitting a request.

I want my team to be able to easily see the jobs that come through as in grid view it shows all columns (even those that aren't relevant) and I thought card view would be best for this but when opening the card it shows all fields as well, even those which aren't relevant and ideally I'd like them to come through as job cards with just the relevant information from the request submitted.

Is there any way to filter the card view so each one only shows the information that's been submitted instead of all the blank values too?

Or is there a better way of my team viewing the jobs that come through!

Have you looked into creating a report? You can limit which columns are visible and it is a two way sync so that if info is updated in either location it will be updated in the other.
