User Groups and Auto-Provisioning Users
Is there a way to auto add users to a default group during auto user provisioning?
We've added domains and verified, and i can turn it on and set them to free or licensed, which is great. but how do i get the new users to automatically be added to our workspace? I was thinking of sharing a ALL-Company group to the workspace and then new users auto add to the group, but can not find a way. is there a better way to handle this?

There currently isn't the ability to auto-add users into a specific contact Group after they have been added to your Smartsheet plan. I agree that an All Company Group is your best solution for sharing new users to your Workspace; these contacts would need to be added manually to that Group as part of the onboarding process (see: Admin Center: Manage and Use Smartsheet Contact Groups).
