Tell us where you’re from, your role, how you use or hope to use Smartsheet and a fun fact or two about yourself. (We love to learn about your interests and hobbies). I'll start, I'm Arsineh, I lead our Community team here at Smartsheet. Forms are among one of my favorite Smartsheet features. I live in California. I love to travel (and have visited nearly 30 countries). I'm a mom of two young girls and I'm terrible at keeping house plants alive.

Hiya! I'm Genevieve on the Smartsheet Community Team - I'm from Canada but I live in England.

I love getting creative in Smartsheet for non-work related things.... during lockdown in 2020 I created a Battleship game (with two linked sheets) as well as a version of Codenames to play with friends over zoom.

Keep your eyes peeled for some fun games our team has come up with this September for Engage!

Morning folks, I'm Mike from Georgia. Not sure how it happened but I've meandered my way into Process Controls and Project Management. Love how I can utilize the Smartsheet system to track all of my work load and provide quick dash boards to show the team what I have on my plate. Running multiple projects using the portfolios templates was a great starting point to accomplish this. As with most things though as soon as you show off the function of your new shiny toy everyone wants it too. So now I'm making Smartsheets for all sorts of reasons. For instance, I recently helped the finance group with a nice contractor invoicing system. Speaking of shiny toys though... what's this about a battleship game?

I love spending time in nature, going on hikes, collecting books and reading. Here's a picture of me on one of my visits to "Cerro Bella Vista." Excuse the flying hair, it's VERY windy up there 😂

Hi, My name is Maggie Robles with Comcast out of our Central Region location in Atlanta, GA. We use SS to track RCA work completed and in the past I used it to track offline customers after a Node split turn up. I am still learning Smart Sheets and its automation and formulas and creating a dashboard, and always looking forward to sharpen my knowledge on this platform.

Hello, I am Joel Smith and I am our department's Smartsheet knowledge-base and Smartsheet Usergroup Leader at the largest Medical School in the United States. I am the Jack of All Trades (Jacobus Omnium Artium) in my Department but my official title is Curriculum Data Coordinator. I've created sheets/workflows/processes for just about every team in my department. One of my proudest achievements is contributing to our student newsletter by creating an "Editorial Calendar" out of Smartsheet for the Communications team as well collecting data from the submissions that we get for our newsletter.

My outside of work existence is that of "Band Dad". I have three kids in Marching Band this year. I am a member of the Band Booster Board as their Microsoft Systems Administrator. Unfortunately, as a Non-Profit, the board can't afford any Smartsheet licenses.

Hi! I'm Darla Brown with Loews Hotels. I am the faithful pourer of the blue Koolaid, aka Smartsheet. Introducing SS to our teams and getting everyone fully trained through SmartU and Learning Tracks has been my #1 goal. Besides training, I help departments build better processes and metrics using SS, integrating with our other platforms. My calendar stays full with meetings and working sessions.

Outside of SS, I sing, run screens at my church, and train teams on Propresenter. I enjoy traveling as much as my schedule and budget allow. So thankful I work for a hotel with amazing perks! Miami Beach is my favorite.

Hello everyone,

I am Jacob. I am a former naval cryptologic technician in the Navy, and I’m now working for a major tech company in Texas! I am paving an efficient way for our security teams to manage events across many locations, while utilizing all of smartsheet’s core and premium features. Smartsheet has allowed me to sync all of these sites together and pull important metric data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Smartsheet has opened the door for a lot of opportunity in my life, and I am extremely thankful for the community — who has graciously taken the time to answer so many important and difficult questions. Over the past several months of simply reading the community forums, and help documentation I was able to take the smartsheet core product certification and pass it with ease!

Outside of work, I enjoy the lake life, electric skateboarding, my dogs, and providing the same help back to the community which helped me evolve my understanding of smartsheet.

Hello from Northeast PA! I work remotely for VHS Learning. We are a non-profit, on-line, supplemental high school with one brick and mortar location. We have been using smartsheet for several years. We have most of our processes and some of our inventory on smartsheet.

I am new to the roll of smartsheet Admin, so I have been learning as much as I can from the Community and the U!

Below is a pic from this past weekend. We drove over 7 hours to see our son in Virginia. He is stationed with the Coast Guard in California, but he was on the East Coast for training. He loves to make goofy faces in all of our pics.

Hello, my name is Cassandra I go by Cassi. I work in the education field and use Smartsheets almost daily! I love the forms and chart functions. I am eager to learn more and experience more with the Smartsheet community!

I am an avid outdoor adventurer and love to be with family. We love to explore new places and meet new people all the time. Many times it is just a quick trip but the memories last a lifetime!
