Forms and Logic: Renaming drop down item removes logic at form
When you have a form associated with a sheet, and then rename a drop down item at one of the columns for which logic is associated to, you will see the logic disappears at the form. Multiple Form Submission
Hi - Our team is using SS to conduct audits. Audits include a documentation review (did we follow a process) as well as a visual audit to based on outputs from the doc review. We'd benefit from having one form populate a row and then activate a second form for follow up with the visual component later in the day.

Data Collection for Upcoming 12 month.
Is there any way in Smartsheet form where the users will be adding data for upcoming twelve months ? For Example, current month is may- 2024 and I want them to add data for June-2024 to May-2025. So, in the next month the field should be automatically update to July-2024 to June-2025.

Columns (fields) not available when creating a form
