How can I tell how much data a sheet is using?
We have a particular sheet in which we're attaching short audio clips. However, I know that audio can eat up space rather quickly, so I'm wanting to know how much space that particular sheet is using. I've clicked on the properties, but don't see a data total within that area. Blessings, Loann

Can you create sheet notifications for when an attachment is added to a row? I thought that you could add specifications to be notified when anything changes on a sheet. Does this not include attachments? Thanks!

Removing columns from multiple reports
Good morning, Upon occasion we discover that a particular column in a sheet and subsequent reports is no longer needed and should be deleted. Is there a simple way to do so, other than having to go through every report to see if that column exists within? Blessings, Loann

Alert for RYG's
One person is wanting to be notified when their RYG ball turns green, which means a document they are needing is complete. In the notifications, I can only choose for her to be notified when that column changes for anyone. Is there a formula I can do that will accomplish this? Blessings, Loann

Love the "Publish" tab on Reports!
One question - I don't see a way to keep the attachments/discussions private when sending via this new method, or am I missing it? I really like this new option that eliminates the need to share the page. Thanks, Smartsheet!
