Has anyone else run into the new requirement in Smartsheet to have anyone you have built a Smartsheet to have a paid account under your license? Smartsheet wants $9,000+ for the users I have built sheets for or assisted on. This is insane. This will be the end of me recommending Smartsheet as a solution for clients.

How to change the initials of a user?
Hi! I can change the names and e-mail addresses, but the initials are taken always as "first letter first name and first letter surname". Can I change it e.g. "John Doe" "JD" in "JoD" or "JDo" or "AB"? Additionally, I would like to ask, if a change of the "circle colour" is possible. Thanks for your help! Marc
