Deactivating the former administrator
We are looking to deactivate the account of the former administrator. We understand that the assets created by ad managed by the account will remain active but are concerned that the folder structure will be destroyed. Can anyone clarify what will and will not remain?

Attachments and Deleted Users
My company uses onedrive to upload attachments to sheets. If a user uploads attachments via onedrive and the employee is deleted or deactivated, will the files still be accessible?

User Management - Custom Job Categories
Allow entry of custom job categories. Add new fields to capture a user's business unit and department. These fields should also be included in all user reports. This functionality would be helpful for businesses that cross charge business units and depts for licenses and usage.

External collaborators with expiration date
In bigger companies often external collaborators are invited for a project. Easy to achieve. For lots of projects with hundreds of internal and external collaborators it would be very helpful if an admin could either set an expiration date, or at least a reminder to check if a specific collaborator should be removed.

Resource Management: Improve View of Time & Fee Categories in Settings
In the settings, the Time & Fee Categories view chops off the end of Categories with longer names. There is so much space on the page, it does not make sense why the full name of the category would not be visible. Something like "Example Long Category Name" would be listed as "Example Long Ca..."

Being able to give a new user the same sheet access permissions as an existing user
We utilize hundreds of sheets for across our 15 locations and every time we add a new team member, they must be manually given sheet permissions- which can be upwards of 50 sheets per person.
