Hi! I am having trouble with my automation. I have a set of rules to assign colleague contact when certain criteria is met. Automated reminders are coming from users instead of Smartsheet Automation
Hi all, I have notifications set up to come from Smartsheet Automation, but when the notifications are sent, they seem to be coming from users (I assume the triggering user). Any ideas? How can I fix this? Thanks.
