How to automate a reminder to include parent row of the child row

Request to Update: Is there a way to make some fields required

Formula to combine Name and email to create a contact row

I want to join them to create a new column that turns them into a contact without having to fill out the contact card for each person. Is there a way to see all recipients of an alert within the automated alert email?
I have created a Smartsheet which will sent automated alerts to multiple people. Everyone getting an alert is just seeing his/her name in 'to' but not the other names. So the person does not know who is informed as well. Is there a way to change it so that every recipient sees to whom the alert has been sent?
