Pivot Sharing

I've developed a couple Pivots and Data Shuttle processes to do some data manipulation on a monthly basis. Unfortunately, I can't share these processes with others on my team--I can only transfer ownership completely. This is a pain point when we have scheduled vacations or just need someone to cover something in an pinch. Sharing these will allow us to develop business continuity and backup plans.

You can now grant admin access to a Pivot sheet by using the sharing link! All Admins on the underlying Pivot sheet automatically become Admins on the Pivot. If you lose Admin permissions on the underlying sheet, you will also lose Admin access to the Pivot.

    It would be extremely helpful if the target sheet could be shared to the new pivot owner at the same level as the original or transferring owner.

    Also extremely helpful if the Smartsheet Admin for Enterprise could see who owned what.

    It would be helpful to see who created it (history) if you inherit it.

    It would be nice to share pivots.
