Automated Workflow Form Request
I have an automated workflow that requests a form if certain fields are blank. It's triggered when a new row is added or changed. More specifically, the automated flow is activated when a required field is added or changed. This works fine. However, the automated flow doesn't issue a follow up form request when some of the fields--but not all--the fields are changed in the form request. How do I make it so that the automated flow continues to issue form requests upon an added or changed row until all the requested fields are complete?

@theboxman, you can create a workflow that runs at a specified time each day using the same, 12 conditions.

@theboxman can you confirm if any of the 12 fields (that you're evaluating with the "OR" conditions) has a formula in it?
