Inventory Workflow to only include fields with missing items

Hello Smartsheet Gurus!

I am attempting to create a workflow that notifies a team about low inventory in an email. There are multiple teams in my org. Each has responsibility for about 20 items. I have the workflow set up to only notify the team of their items status but I can't quite figure out how to notify them only about low quantity items and not all the items they are responsible for.

Example:

Item 1 - Team A responsible - quantity ok

Item 2 - Team A responsible - quantity low

Item 3 - Team A responsible - quantity ok

Item 4 - Team A responsible - quantity low

Item 5 - Team B responsible - quantity ok

So my current workflow is "notify team A". Trigger on Item 1 quantity "low" or when, Item 2 quantity "low" or when, Item 3 quantity "low" or when, Item 4 quantity "low" ... Alert Someone and message include fields "item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4".

Any suggestions?

    I’m not certain I am following you but can you add a condition between the trigger and the message? In that condition specify that quantity equals low.
