Conditionally send reports

Problem: Sometimes my reports have no items as all the actions are closed in the underlying sheet. It is then irritating for my email recipients to receive a blank report.

Ideal state: To have two options: Dont send the report if blank or send an automated email still on the recurring schedule stating a custom message like: "No actions" or "All actions closed".

Great idea! I have the same problem since I want to automate the sending of a summary report that only includes certain information that doesn't occur every day. It's frustrating to receive a blank email daily, and the only solution I’ve found so far is to space out the sending (weekly frequency)
