The value of someone who has "done the work" and "performed it right". You can not mentor from books or pod cast or video's. You can not reach those who need a "mentor" if you have not gotten your hands into the mix of doing what you are mentoring them in.

Open

At the risk of repeating what everyone else said, I went with open (that could have been said and I missed it). To me, both parties need to be Open minded, but a good mentor will be open to new ideas, open to listening, and open to guiding. We all want to do well and succeed. 😊
