Change the JIRA account an individual Smartsheet user is connected to

We were in the process of setting up a generic user to create JIRA connector workflows and did not have a user created in JIRA that matched. One of our users mistakenly connected the generic Smartsheet account to his own JIRA account and now we only see his JIRA projects. We've been told the only way to reset this is to reconnect the JIRA server, which would require us to reset all of our workflows.
