i want multiple approvals from an automation workflow to be in an email. is this possible?

I am trying to send a monthly email with multiple rows in an approval email. Is this possible? Thanks

When you create the approval email use the weekly trigger and then the conditions that you want for the rows that you want approved.

That way they don't run each time but on a Friday for example and then they all get collated into a single request.

Hi! When I had the weekly trigger set, it still sent me multiple emails just at the trigger time….
