We have 4 employees that receive daily projects assigned to them. To avoid having the employees viewing their co-workers daily schedule by sharing the project management sheet and doing a filter so they only view their daily projects but can also turn off the filter as they please to see the complete project management sheet.  Would it solve the issue of them seeing the complete project management sheet if the 4 employees have their own sheet that will be updated daily from the master project management sheet with new projects. i.e. Tom's sheet, Wayne's sheet and Tony's sheet and each employee will have rights only to see their own sheet?

I am new to SmartSheet and working getting the daily workflow figured out. Thanking you in advance.

Just to clarify. Do you mean tasks and not projects? The employees receives daily tasks?
