First off - love it.  Totally has changed how we are communicating with internal project teams and external vendors.

 

What isn't working that great:

Speed - super slow to access

Email Comment Notifications: it would be great if the email notifications could show the comment and thread (if any).  Nice to be able to get a quick look at what the comment is about without having to click to go into the SS Calendar.
