Copying Workspaces with Dashboards
We have a workspace with several sheets and dashboards. We want to copy this workspace for each incident we activate for. Is there a way to have the links within each dashboard automatically update to the workspace/sheet location? Currently we have to go into each dashboard and update the links - very tedious. We are using the dashboards as tabs in MS Teams and essentially have a workspace for each MS Team since currently we can only embed the dashboards/sheets via a Sharepoint page. Gov tenant currently doesn't have the Smartsheet connector.
Hope that all makes sense.

Yes. When you "Save as new..." there should be two options at the bottom. Just make sure the one that says "Newly created sheets" is selected.

I am also having this problem, and I've tried those exacting settings with Save as New - it still breaks the linkage between the sheets and dashboard. I've tried copying at the folder level within a workspace as well as copying an entire workspace - neither one works. Is anyone else seeing this problem?

I would suggest reaching out to support. This works very consistently for me, and all of my coworkers and we do this if not once a week then two or three times a week.

I'm having the same problem. I find that some links will update, while others do not.
Links between a newly created report and the newly created source sheet do update.
However, the links on the dashboards do not update. They maintain the links to the source document that I attempted to clone.
I created my dashboard using Rich Text Widgets. I wonder if I'd get a different result if I use Shortcut Widgets.
I'll test and report back.
