Hi,

 

 

I have an action plan with an action column, a delay column, a referent column, and a progress column.

I would like to create a workflow that sends a notification (mail) to the referent of the action 3 days before the date entered in the column "delay" if the progress is not "finished" in order to remind him to finish the action.

 

This is my trial, but it sends notifications only for actions that have a deadline = to the current date

Translation :

Statut = progress of the action

Délai = delay

Hi Thibault,

You were almost there!

• If you change on after Run once to 3 days before
• Delete the second Condition

That should work.
