Is it possible to copy an automation workflow from one sheet to another sheet?

I have an automation workflow in one sheet that I want to use in a different sheet. Is there a way to copy this workflow and then add it to my other sheet (similar to how you can copy summary reports from sheet to sheet)? Or do I need to manually set up the workflow on my new sheet. Thanks!

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment so you'll have to do it manually, but it's an excellent idea!

This is one I'd like too. Smartsheet doesn't give updates on Enhancement requests individually or on the forums. The only way to see what is coming up is by joining the Early Adopter Program! I highly recommend joining that, there's been some amazing changes coming up.

@Andrée Starå i am just wondering, if i copy a sheet which has the workflow created within it, then the workflow gets copied automatically to the new sheet.

Correct me if i am wrong, is the enhancement already in place now ? or i am seening something different.

Unfortunately, it's still not possible to copy just a Workflow from one sheet to another, but you are correct that if you copy a sheet, the Workflow(s) will be included (if selected).

In my case, I had to recover to an earlier snapshot to get back some data that was inadvertently deleted, and in the process of recovery, I had to export to Excel format and import the same (wasn't given the option to recover back to Smartsheet copy), and the multiple workflows I had were lost in the export/import steps. Here's +1 for the enhancement request!
