Good night how can I sort the rows of a date column from my spreadsheet? I am using filters so I can't use the "classify rows" function. Is there any formula for columns to always be sorted by date order? thank you!

There is no sorting formulas. Further, there are no formatting functions at all.
As you have discovered, with a filter set, the sorting is no longer available.
Two suggestions that may be useful:
1. Hierarchies

A well designed sheet with hierarchies can be sorted in sections as needed.
2. Reports
https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/522214-creating-reports
Reports can be sorted without effecting the underlying sheet(s).
Mulltiple reports can be created if there a few sorting choices you swap back and forth between.
