Outlook custom emails

Hi,

Is there a way for Smartsheet to capture Requests For Information from contractors and suppliers if they have a dedicated email address for a sheet?

I'm new to SS so not sure what is out there. I know there is an outlook plug-in to push content to a Sheet but what if a team member just emailed 'abcdefg@smartsheet', with a subject line syntax that started with 'RFI' or YYYYMMDD RFI etc and then that automatically started a workflow that becomes an Contract Instruction back to the supplier or contractor?

Unfortunately, it's not possible natively at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment

As a possible workaround, you could use a 3rd party service like Zapier or similar to structure a solution.

Is that an option?
