Simplified Resource Management
Hello!
I am attempting to develop a simplified resource management tool that would allow me to see what users are working on what projects/tasks based on the email in the Assign To column. I do not require the time allocation, just name/email and the number of assigned tasks across multiple sheets and workspaces.
Some of these assigned tasks users will have a paid account and others will not.
My company has a Team account.
Ideally, I would see a name or email, and number of projects and tasks, perhaps be able to run a report by user to see a breakout of tasks.
Has anyone had any luck on attempting something like or have any ideas?

Hello Samantha,
You may need to add SUMIF or SUMIFS formulas to your sheets to calculate the number of assigned tasks based off of the assigned to column you're using. Details on these in our help center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/775363-using-formulas
You can then use cell linking to get the totals over to a master sheet, and use SUM formulas as you see fit to calculate what you need. More info on cell linking can be found here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/861579-cell-linking
