Documents in Forms
We use a Smartsheet form to keep track of students rotating through the hospital, which includes them uploading various documents we need from them. We also need them to fill out a few of our documents and attach them to the form. Is there a way to host/link these documents within Smartsheets? Or do we have to link to the documents on on outside website?

Hi Julie, if you have Brand Folder in Smartsheet, you can upload your docs there and create shareable links. Otherwise, you can upload your docs in Smartsheet but the share links are only good for 30 days until they expire. So if you want permanent links, you can send the docs to your website development guy/gal and have them upload them and send you the links. Or you can upload the docs to google drive and grab the share links from there.
